We curated an unforgettable private family gathering featuring a bespoke pizza experience with Ronan Pizzeria from LA, where gourmet slices met handcrafted memories. Guests designed custom hats with Meshika in an exclusive workshop, adding a stylish touch to the day. The event was elevated with a spirited Family Olympics, complete with custom jerseys and exciting prizes. We designed games for all ages—blending physical challenges like kickball with engaging mental competitions like trivia—creating a perfect mix of indulgence, creativity, and play.
A taste of Mexico
For the opening dinner of this special retreat, we orchestrated an unforgettable culinary experience featuring Masala & Maiz from Mexico—brought to California for an exclusive multi-course meal. In a thrilling surprise, their Netflix Chef’s Table episode premiered that night, with the chefs making a special appearance during dessert to personally invite guests to a private viewing party. The celebration continued with a nostalgic movie-night spread, including a gelato stand, popcorn machines, and classic movie candy. As the final course arrived, mariachis filled the room with music, complementing the vibrant, Mexican-inspired florals that set the scene for a night of indulgence, culture, and connection.
Wonder in Moab
For this YPO Forum retreat, we crafted a nature-immersed journey in Moab, blending adventure, connection, and unforgettable experiences. With Finnian Kelly facilitating, the group explored the outdoors through scenic hikes, a hands-on pizza-making class, and an exhilarating rafting excursion. The grand finale came as a surprise—an off-road Jeep adventure leading to a hidden cave, where we revealed a stunning private dining experience. Our chef prepared an unforgettable meal, complementing the rugged beauty of the setting. Each guest also received a custom high-end gift bag, making this retreat as thoughtful as it was extraordinary.
A Thanksgiving to remember
Set against the rustic elegance of the Barn at Calamigos Hotel, this Thanksgiving gathering was designed to celebrate family, gratitude, and connection. Guests were welcomed with personalized gift bags before sitting down to a feast by renowned chef Sarah Glover, featuring seasonal flavors and heartfelt tradition. A live music performance set the tone for the evening, while a pumpkin patch photo moment captured lasting memories. At the bar, custom-crafted cocktails, including a s’mores old fashioned, added a festive touch to this warm and thoughtfully curated celebration.
